Will rebooting my Macbook get rid of the partition I had for bootcamp?

i going wipe computer, wipe partition had vista?

 

if use disk utility during installation , manually erase boot camp partition, theeses. otherwise simple reinstallation of mac os x nothing partition. have used mroogle yet find of dozens of similar threads?
