so... went kayaking, returned home kayak on car. need drop off @ friend's house tomorrow morning. leaving on roof of car cause problems car? roof little dented in around foam blocks hold kayak up, seems when move kayak around roof comes right original shape. kayak 12 feet long, weighs 40 lbs. alluded to, there no roof rack on car, sitting on foam blocks. should off car, or leaving on there next 12 hrs not cause problem? thanks.
you should fine, day kayaks on car won't cause permanent damage. roof dent in when put boats there again though. sure car in secure place because unlocked kayaks on roof target thieves.
