i've tried both keepawake , insomnia , both have problem ipad reboots when it's locked after few minutes. i'm guessing it's getting signal shut wifi off instead of keeping adapter active device resets.
issue because of ipad os? neither app looks if it's been updated in while.
there other tools work on ipad?
right now, not know of. os 4.0 supposed add support persistent wi-fi, though.
